Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- ability to communicate effectively
- commitment to making an impact
- physical ability to stand and move for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- capacity to wear protective gear as required
- willingness to frequently wash hands and maintain hygiene standards
- ability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
Job Duties
- mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- provide friendly service to guests and staff
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- communicate effectively with team members to enhance customer experience
- handle cash and process payments accurately
- create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at the bar
