Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work days, nights and/or weekends
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and move about for long periods
- Ability to handle noisy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Compliance with company dress code
- Availability for flexible scheduling
- Ability to follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Ability to maintain accurate cash handling
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- Skilled in communicating with Guests to generate enthusiasm
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Understanding of sanitation and safety procedures
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team members
- Adhere to sanitation procedures
- Maintain personal bank and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures and handle intoxicated Guests
- Assess and report Guest behavior to Manager
- Follow bar recipes and control costs
- Keep station clean and organized
- Greet Guests in a timely manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Maintain menu knowledge and answer questions
- Enter orders into Micros system promptly
- Complete sales and station side work
- Operate Micros and handle credit card transactions
- Deliver properly garnished food and trays to bar areas
- Work efficiently following "Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy
- Participate in sales incentives and contests
- Complete bar inventories and requisition forms
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Assist in party setup and breakdown
- Support other Team members as needed
- Bus and reset tables
- Check back with Guests and respond to needs
- Foster cooperative working relationships
- Communicate effectively with Guests and Team members
- Maintain friendliness and professional appearance
- Work in fast-paced, noisy environment
