Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years for alcohol service
  • Prior bartender experience of at least one year
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Provide excellent customer service ensuring guests have a positive experience
  • Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth operation
  • Follow all company policies and legal regulations related to alcohol service
