Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • knowledge of bartending principles and drink recipes
  • ability to obtain required alcohol service certifications
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 25 pounds
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to follow policies and procedures accurately

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a bartender preferred
  • knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current trends
  • ability to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications
  • exceptional hospitality and friendliness

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and take orders
  • process cash and credit card transactions
  • mix and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • provide drinks to servers from the service well
  • adhere to established alcohol service policies including ID verification
  • follow cash handling policies
  • set up and break down workstations including cleaning and sanitizing
  • take inventory counts and ensure proper product stock levels
  • provide excellent guest service and anticipate guests' needs
  • maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, and co-workers
  • ensure security of company assets
