Job Requirements

  • Age 21 or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • TIPS or TEAM trained or equivalent
  • basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and familiarity with standard drink recipes
  • ability to work independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment
  • must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in an often tightly quartered environment
  • hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays
  • stand and exert mobility in tight spaces
  • able to bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently

Job Duties

  • Greet each guest who enters the bar area
  • taking beverage orders directly from guests and/or servers
  • participate and foster positive team relations with fellow bartenders, barbacks and bar management
  • demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, offerings, menus and promotions
  • provide outstanding service to all guests of the venue
