This particular role for a Bartender Tipped is based at T-Mobile Park (job code 93127001) and is a part-time position offering a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour. The working shifts are varied, with the preferred availability being open to different days and hours, details of which will be shared during the interview process. As a Bartender at Sodexo Live, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Your primary responsibilities will involve greeting customers, skillfully mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and collaborating closely with wait staff and other team members to maintain prompt and efficient service. This dynamic role demands not only the technical ability to prepare a wide range of drinks accurately and efficiently but also a customer-focused mindset to be friendly, tactful, and attentive throughout interactions.

In addition to the standard bartender duties, you will be responsible for setting up and stocking the bar with necessary tools and products to meet demand without waste. The role requires physical endurance since bartenders are frequently on their feet and engaged in significant walking or standing for periods that may exceed eight hours. The job also expects employees to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy items, occasionally up to 50 pounds. Adherence to local regulations concerning the legal age for serving alcohol is mandatory, and a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required for consideration. While prior bartending experience is preferred, candidates with minimal to no experience but with the ability to learn and adapt will also be considered.
