We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Bartender to join the Constellation team at the Perez Art Museum in Miami, Florida. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity for bartenders who enjoy engaging with a diverse clientele, mixing and serving a variety of beverages, and contributing to memorable dining experiences. As a Bartender at Constellation, you will be responsible for preparing classic and contemporary mixed drinks following standardized recipes, setting up and breaking down beverage stations, and providing excellent customer service by describing and recommending menu items. In addition to beverage service, you will occasionally perform food service duties, supporting the team in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
The role demands strong communication skills, the ability to memorize and describe an array of drink recipes, and a valid state bartending license. Previous bartending experience is considered an asset but not mandatory, as comprehensive training and support are provided. Job Duties
- Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar
- Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations
