must be 21 years of age or older
ability to secure and maintain state or tribal gaming license
ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
capability to work under varying noise, smoke, and temperature conditions
physical ability to move effectively around the bar area
proficiency in distinguishing currency denominations and making change
willingness to comply with company vision and mission
availability for full-time employment

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum of five years bartending experience or progressive training in food and beverage
strong guest service skills
excellent problem-solving abilities
