Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bartending certification or relevant training preferred
- Ability to work full-time hours including nights and weekends
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and food menus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the menu, including food preparation and history
- Participate in routine training sessions and testing to enhance skills
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
- Uphold high standards of service and hospitality
