The Bartender role at Three Birds is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a true passion for their craft and a sincere care for their guests. While the restaurant will provide thorough training in cocktail making, service standards, and menu details, the ideal candidate must bring an intrinsic love for hospitality and a desire to create meaningful experiences from day one. Bartenders at Three Birds are equipped with a well-stocked bar and excellent tools, which allows for creative expression and craftsmanship behind the bar. The role requires discipline, teamwork, quick learning, and creativity, as the bartenders will be expected to not only serve drinks but also engage guests with a deep knowledge of the food menu, cocktail offerings, and wine selections.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bartending certification or relevant training preferred
- Ability to work full-time hours including nights and weekends
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred

Job Duties
