Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale cocktail bar environment
- advanced knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wine, and cocktail construction
- excellent communication and people skills with a polished demeanor
- certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, SERV Safe Alcohol)
- training available if certification expired or needed
- ability to multitask, stay composed, and work efficiently under pressure
- must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to serve alcohol
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, bend, maneuver and lift to 50lbs

Job Duties
- Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests and deliver personalized service throughout their visit
- prepare and serve a wide variety of craft cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits with precision and artistry
- maintain expert knowledge of mixology techniques, spirit brands, wine varietals, and bar trends
- offer recommendations and educate guests on beverage pairings, tasting notes, and seasonal offerings
- uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and bar organization always
- maintain accurate cash handling and operate a POS system efficiently
- ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and local laws
- collaborate with front-of-house staff and management to deliver seamless service
- participate in menu development and seasonal cocktail program updates
- maintain inventory, restock bar supplies, and assist with ordering as needed
