Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 2+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale cocktail bar environment
  • advanced knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wine, and cocktail construction
  • excellent communication and people skills with a polished demeanor
  • certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, SERV Safe Alcohol)
  • training available if certification expired or needed
  • ability to multitask, stay composed, and work efficiently under pressure
  • must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to serve alcohol
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand, bend, maneuver and lift to 50lbs

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests and deliver personalized service throughout their visit
  • prepare and serve a wide variety of craft cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits with precision and artistry
  • maintain expert knowledge of mixology techniques, spirit brands, wine varietals, and bar trends
  • offer recommendations and educate guests on beverage pairings, tasting notes, and seasonal offerings
  • uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and bar organization always
  • maintain accurate cash handling and operate a POS system efficiently
  • ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and local laws
  • collaborate with front-of-house staff and management to deliver seamless service
  • participate in menu development and seasonal cocktail program updates
  • maintain inventory, restock bar supplies, and assist with ordering as needed
