Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in busy hotel, restaurant, or nightclub
- knowledge of various drink-building techniques and styles
- knowledge of different spirits and wines are preferred
- demonstrate an ability to maintain strong coworker relationships
- flexible evening availability
- able to take direction and follow through on all reasonable requests from managers
- able to stand 8-10 hours

Job Duties
- Prep, setup, and prepare the bar for daily service
- prioritize guest orders and strive to deliver drinks promptly and efficiently
- take and return a variety of payment types with accuracy
- assist in cleaning and sanitizing, as necessary
- keep work relationships professional and courteous
- demonstrate attention to details
