We are currently seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team on a part-time basis, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $19 depending on experience. This role is crucial in providing the highest quality beverage production and service to our members and guests. The Bartender will support all club venues and events, working alongside fellow Employee Partners to deliver exceptional bar service. Responsibilities include preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally and pleasantly, ensuring bar readiness through proper stocking and cleaning procedures, and maintaining bar service areas and storerooms in a neat, organized, and secure manner. The Bartender will also be responsible for following approved recipes for mixed drinks and cocktails and efficiently handling transactions using the club's electronic input system.

This position requires a passion for exceeding member expectations and a commitment to excellence in beverage service. The ideal candidate will have previous bartending experience and be knowledgeable about spirits, wines, beers, and specialty drinks. In addition, candidates must hold a valid Alcohol Server Certification and possess the physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift weights overhead. Working hours involve night, weekend, and holiday shifts ranging from 5 to 8 hours, suitable for individuals seeking flexible part-time employment while engaging with a high-volume, dynamic social environment.
