The company manages not only luxurious accommodations such as The Lodge at Pebble Beach, The Inn at Spanish Bay, and Casa Palmero at Pebble Beach but also five acclaimed golf courses, including Pebble Beach Golf Links and Spyglass Hill Golf Course. Beyond lodging and golf, Pebble Beach Company offers amenities such as the scenic 17-Mile Drive, The Spa at Pebble Beach, and the Pebble Beach Golf Academy, making it a diverse and celebrated destination.

This job requires close attention to guest safety, including adherence to legal drinking age regulations and monitoring guest alcohol consumption to alert management if necessary. Additionally, the role entails setting up special events, maintaining general housekeeping for the bar area, assisting in dining room service tasks such as setting tables and clearing dishes, and ensuring high standards of guest communication and problem resolution.
The position is a part of a unionized workforce under the Unite Here Union, with a competitive pay range of $21.62 to $25.44 per hour plus gratuities. Employees benefit from union-supported health and retirement plans, discounts on dining, retail shops, spa services, and hotel stays during select seasons. Also unique to the role are employee perks such as exclusive access to the world-renowned golf courses, opportunities for career growth and development within Pebble Beach Company, and complimentary meals during shifts.
