Job Requirements
- Must have an ABLE license
- Must have alcohol safety training
- Must have THD food handler permit
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- AM and PM weekend availability required
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails wines and spirits

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including cocktails wines and Italian spirits
- Provide recommendations to guests on drink pairings cocktails and the restaurant’s wine list
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including stocking supplies and ensuring the bar is always prepared for service
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and serve responsibly
- Handle cash credit card and other payments ensuring accuracy in all transactions
- Engage with customers in a friendly positive manner to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Ensure all local and state alcohol laws and regulations are followed
