Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- ability to stand and walk frequently
- ability to taste, smell, talk, hear regularly
- use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- reach with hands and arms
- occasional sitting, climbing, crouching
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- reliable attendance
- availability to work 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm
- part-time availability
Job Qualifications
- Three to six months related experience or training
- knowledge of alcoholic beverage preparation
- understanding of state liquor laws
- strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and management
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Stocks and sets up bar
- mixes and serves alcoholic beverages
- assists in cost control and inventory management
- maintains inventory records
- ensures compliance with state liquor laws and company policies
- performs opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking
- serves food and beverage items to guests
- serves meals to guests
- communicates guest requests and concerns to management
- incorporates safe work practices
- maintains regular and reliable attendance
- performs other duties as required
