We are currently seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our Food and Beverage Operation team. This role is essential in providing an outstanding beverage experience, preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision, professionalism, and a warm, welcoming attitude. The Bartender will play a pivotal role in the success of our club by ensuring exceptional service, maintaining a well-stocked and immaculate bar, and upholding stringent cleanliness and efficiency standards. Candidates should have a strong background in mixology, extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and specialty cocktails, as well as a genuine passion for exceeding Member expectations. With hourly compensation ranging from $8.00 to $11.00 plus tips, this position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values high-quality customer service and professional growth. The successful Bartender will be adept at managing high customer volumes, utilizing point of sale systems effectively, and contributing positively to the club’s welcoming ambiance.
