We are currently seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team at Wyoming Horse Racing. The Bartender plays a critical role in enhancing the overall guest experience by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages with professionalism and efficiency. This position involves much more than just mixing drinks; it requires attentiveness to patrons' needs, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that all operations adhere to legal and safety standards. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, verifying the legal drinking age of customers, handling cash transactions accurately, and applying good judgment when serving patrons, including refusing service to those who are intoxicated or disruptive. The role is dynamic, demanding a combination of great multitasking skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities. The position offers a starting hourly wage of $12.50 and includes valuable benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, dental and vision insurance. Additionally, the role requires compliance with specific regulations, including acquiring a gaming permit from the Gaming Commission and completing serve safe training. Candidates must be of legal drinking age, able to lift at least 15 pounds, and capable of standing for prolonged periods during their shifts.
