Work in a stunning tropical setting

Job Description

NDM Hospitality is a renowned hospitality company that operates within the luxury resort and hospitality industry. Known for its commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, NDM Hospitality manages upscale venues and events set in stunning tropical locations. With a focus on vibrant atmospheres and professional service, the company prides itself on maintaining stylish and well-curated environments which attract discerning clientele seeking both relaxation and excitement. Their portfolio includes resort properties with a range of guest amenities, including poolside bars, mobile tiki bars, and other outdoor hospitality spaces designed to maximize guest enjoyment and immerse visitors in the resort's distinctive ambiance.

We are currently seeking a Charming and Professional Bartender Mixologist to join our dynamic team at one of our prestigious resort properties. This role is unique in that it combines the artistry of expert mixology with the energy of high-volume hospitality, all while offering the freedom and mobility of serving at both a poolside bar and a mobile tiki bar within the resort grounds. The successful candidate will be an individual who thrives in social interactions, demonstrates exceptional cocktail crafting skills, and exudes a confident and welcoming presence that enhances the overall guest experience.

The Bartender Mixologist will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide array of premium cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with both flair and technical precision. Central to this position is the operation and safe navigation of the resort's mobile tiki bar across designated areas of the property, ensuring guests have access to top-quality drinks wherever they gather. This requires the candidate to possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. The role also demands impeccable presentation, with a specified uniform of resort-approved swimwear that reflects the sophisticated and stylish atmosphere of the property. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the mobile bar, stock management, and adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols, including responsible alcohol service certifications like TIPS, are critical components of daily responsibilities.

Beyond technical skills, the ideal Bartender Mixologist is someone with excellent interpersonal communication skills, who can engage guests warmly and professionally, making each interaction memorable. They will support poolside events and VIP activations, contributing to the resort’s overall vibrant hospitality environment. Flexibility in schedule, including working weekends and holidays, is essential to meet the needs of a busy resort calendar.

This position offers competitive pay supplemented by tips, numerous team member perks, and benefits, alongside opportunities for career advancement within the hospitality sector. Working within a resort setting means the candidate will enjoy a stunning tropical work environment, making everyday interactions with guests both fulfilling and enjoyable. NDM Hospitality is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring all qualified applicants receive equal consideration without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, or other protected statuses.
