Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year bartending or restaurant experience
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation laws and procedures
  • satisfactory completion of pre-employment drug screening
  • satisfactory completion of criminal background check
  • satisfactory completion of TSA background check
  • detail oriented
  • strong knowledge of company and FDA standards
  • ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Job Duties

  • Check identification of guests to confirm legal drinking age
  • serve alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages
  • plan and present bar menu
  • take and submit food orders
  • assess guest needs and make drink recommendations
  • maintain cleanliness of bar and utensils
  • stock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • prepare drink garnishments
  • arrange bottles and glasses for attractive display
  • handle cash transactions and balance receipts
  • limit liability by managing guests' excessive drinking
  • comply with food and beverage regulations
  • ensure sanitation and safety policies are followed
  • assist guests in menu selections
  • deliver orders to guests
  • inquire and respond to additional guest needs
  • total charges and accept payments
  • stay informed about menu changes
  • perform basic cleaning tasks
  • contribute to team efforts
  • conclude dining experience by inviting guests to return
