The Senior Prime Bartender at Sky River plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by serving beverages with impeccable service standards and exceeding guest expectations. Serving in a high-volume bar environment such as a front bar, service bar, fine dining establishment, or nightclub setting, the Senior Prime Bartender must demonstrate advanced mixology skills, expertise in beverage presentation, and strong customer engagement abilities.

This role requires comprehensive knowledge of bartending recipes, mixology techniques, and a sophisticated understanding of wine varietals, popular producers, beer brands, and liquor selections. In addition to beverage preparation, the bartender plays an essential role in up-selling, replenishing beverages, maintaining compliance with local liquor laws and responsible service standards, and ensuring guest safety. The position involves operating beverage systems such as refrigeration units, post-mix syrup bulk dispensers, beer reticulation systems, and managing stock control procedures.

Beyond the technical skills, the Senior Prime Bartender acts as a key ambassador for Sky River by promoting positive public and employee relations, maintaining an immaculate personal and work environment, and training interested beverage servers to develop into bartenders. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing beverage equipment and bar areas daily and participating in developing promotional specials.
