Bartender- S+R

This position is for a Bartender at a high-volume establishment where bartenders can make up to $25-$30/hr on busy shifts. Primary job duties include preparing, selling, and serving alcoholic beverages, maintaining cleanliness of bar areas, restocking products, filling drink orders, assisting with waiting on tables and running food, engaging with guests, and maintaining professional appearance. Special requirements include being at least 18 years old, knowledge of basic drink recipes and pouring techniques, familiarity with liquor, wine, and beer types, and possessing required licenses to serve alcohol and handle food in compliance with local regulations. The company expects employees to exceed normal standards, be courteous, respond to guest requests, maintain product consistency, work cooperatively, seek ongoing learning, and uphold uniform standards.
