Job Duties
- prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- keeps inventory of stock in assigned bar
- notifies barback when supplies are low
- prepares cut fruit and condiments
- responsible for monies in coin banks
- assists cocktail staff and guests with orders
- maintains cleanliness and organization of bar area
