Job Requirements

  • Relevant bartending training and experience required
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Applicable state licenses and/or certificates
  • Respectful of peers and co-workers
  • Minimum lifting of 50 pounds
  • Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
  • Hearing, writing, typing
  • Minimum pulling of 50 pounds
  • Other duties may be assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Relevant bartending training
  • Experience in bartending
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Applicable state licenses or certificates
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and safety practices
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assist Lead Bartender in ordering, receiving, stocking and maintaining bar supplies
  • Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and drinks
  • Ensure food and beverages served are high quality and properly presented
  • Assist in maintaining carbonated and beer beverage systems
  • Support Food and Beverage Supervisors in training new staff
  • Enforce Utah and Federal laws and regulations regarding food and liquor sales
  • Maintain a respectful and collaborative work environment
