Job Requirements
- Relevant bartending training and experience required
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Applicable state licenses and/or certificates
- Respectful of peers and co-workers
- Minimum lifting of 50 pounds
- Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
- Hearing, writing, typing
- Minimum pulling of 50 pounds

- Experience in bartending
- Strong customer service skills
- Applicable state licenses or certificates
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of liquor laws and safety practices

Job Duties
- Assist Lead Bartender in ordering, receiving, stocking and maintaining bar supplies
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and drinks
- Ensure food and beverages served are high quality and properly presented
- Assist in maintaining carbonated and beer beverage systems
- Support Food and Beverage Supervisors in training new staff
- Enforce Utah and Federal laws and regulations regarding food and liquor sales
- Maintain a respectful and collaborative work environment
