Job Requirements

high school degree or ged preferred
1 to 3 years experience bartending in food and beverage environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
must be at least the minimum age required to serve alcohol as determined by applicable state law
able to free-pour to recipe and specification
extensive knowledge of beer, wine and liquor
good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills
able to interact professionally with other customers and team members
able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
good judgment and decision making abilities
must be able to spend 100% of working time standing, walking, and reaching
able to push, pull and lift objects from a lower to higher position or move objects horizontally
able to maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling during work
able to climb and ascend or descend ladders, stairs, and ramps
able to carry loads greater than 50 pounds frequently
able to communicate clearly with customers
hearing sounds at normal speaking levels
specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
