Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Experience in food and beverage service in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb
- Capacity to be on feet for most of the shift
- Physically able to perform active tasks requiring endurance
- Ability to thrive in a popular and high-volume environment
- Positive and proactive attitude

Job Duties
- Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Connect the dots on why Players are visiting and share Topgolf offerings
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to Players
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations
- Take orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables and refilling drinks
- Maintain a welcoming space ensuring Players have what they need
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience
- Set up bays and resolve concerns with a smile
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment
