We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for the positions of Bartender and Server to join our dynamic team. These roles are essential in creating an enjoyable and seamless dining and beverage experience for our guests. As a Bartender, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and light food items in alignment with our hotel standards. Greeting guests warmly, responding to inquiries, and anticipating guest needs form a central part of this role, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and attended to. Bartenders are also tasked with maintaining the bar inventory efficiently, monitoring guest behavior, especially handling inebriated guests with professionalism, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times. This position requires excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, as well as a good understanding of beverage preparation and safety guidelines.
Similarly, the Server role plays a critical part in delivering timely and accurate food and beverage orders, providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials, and confirming orders with kitchen and bar staff to ensure precision. Servers are key in establishing a friendly and engaging service atmosphere, assisting with table setup, seating arrangements, and managing service for larger groups. Handling cash and POS transactions accurately and preparing itemized checks are integral duties, along with following proper alcohol service guidelines and maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards throughout service areas. Job Requirements
