- preferred one year serving experience
- preferred one year restaurant experience
- legal age to serve alcohol
- availability to work full-time or part-time with open availability
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- strong customer service orientation

- preferred experience in serving and restaurant environments
- strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to handle cash and balance receipts
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar
Job Duties
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- mix traditional and creative cocktails
- process payment from customers
- clean glasses and bar utensils
- make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
- open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
