Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
- Must be 21 or older
- Hold required alcohol service certifications such as TIPS
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and heavy trays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale setting preferred
- Must be 21 or older and hold required alcohol service certifications such as TIPS
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a productive pace without sacrificing quality
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Positive service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual dependable and proactive in maintaining cleanliness standards
- Approachable and team-oriented with a willingness to assist across departments
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly and approachable manner creating a welcoming and energetic bar atmosphere
- Prepare and serve a full range of cocktails beer wine and non-alcoholic beverages with speed consistency and attention to presentation
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations and guidance on drink selections including seasonal specials local products and pairings
- Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar throughout the shift including glassware garnishes spirits mixers and bar tools
- Monitor and limit alcohol consumption where necessary following responsible service standards and intervening appropriately
- Handle POS transactions with accuracy reconcile end-of-shift reports and maintain accountability for cash and inventory
- Support food service at the bar as needed ensuring timely delivery and clearing of guest items
- Collaborate with barbacks servers and kitchen team members to create smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as requested by management in support of bar and restaurant operations
