Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
2 or more years of bartending experience in an upscale environment
must be 21 years of age or over
flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the bar area for extended periods
ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
excellent communication skills
proficiency with point-of-sale systems
ability to follow instructions and problem-solve in a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

2 or more years of bartending experience in an upscale environment
strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability
experience working collaboratively with management and other employees
must be 21 years of age or over
high school diploma or equivalent required
excellent communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and converse effectively
ability to follow and execute instructions thoroughly
proficient with point-of-sale systems and handling member billing accurately
ability to solve problems and adapt in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
interpret instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram formats

Job Duties

work collaboratively as a team player with all club staff
prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to club recipes and presentation standards
maintain an in-depth knowledge of all beverage offerings, including wine, beer, and cocktail menus, along with preparation techniques
take food and drink orders in an accurate and efficient manner
stay informed of daily specials and effectively communicate them to members
ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and stocked, including glassware, garnishes, and other supplies
follow standard safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
