Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of bar experience preferred
- Ability to understand and comply with proper food and beverage handling techniques according to state and local serving guidelines
- Ability to interact with guests in an upbeat, positive manner
- Ability to timely identify and resolve basic issues as they arise
- Ability to stand and be on feet for extended periods of time in varied climate conditions
- Ability to carry and lift up to 50 lbs at times
- Ability to go up and down stairs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Schedule days and times may vary based on business needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient
- Excellent team-work skills
