The establishment prides itself on its strong partnerships with local producers, which ensures fresh and high-quality offerings. Beyond the dinner experience, the bar features Pennsylvania craft beers, cocktails made with local spirits, and an exciting wine program focused on wines from regional vineyards.

Located nine floors above the bustling city, the adjacent Assembly Rooftop Lounge offers breathtaking panoramic views of key Philadelphia landmarks such as Logan Square, the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. This rooftop lounge creates an energetic, city-chic atmosphere, perfect for professionals and locals seeking a stylish venue for cocktails, champagne, and social gatherings. This full-time position involves the responsible preparation, mixing, and serving of drinks while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction and adhering to company standards. Bartenders are expected to uphold best practices related to beverage service, safety, and inventory controls. The role demands engaging with guests in a warm and professional manner to ensure every patron feels valued and leaves with a memorable impression. Responsibilities include handling cash and credit transactions, following state liquor regulations scrupulously, and diligently completing necessary supply orders and inventory checks. The role additionally requires performing scheduled sidework to keep the bar area clean and operational, supporting the smooth functioning of the service team.
