Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience in upscale or fine dining settings
  • Ability to create and present craft cocktails
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and cocktail history
  • Ability to operate advanced bar equipment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender in upscale or fine dining establishments
  • Extensive knowledge of craft cocktails, premium spirits, and wines
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with advanced bar equipment and technology
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards and etiquette

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily and use their names whenever possible
  • Create complex craft cocktails using advanced mixology techniques
  • Take food orders and serve meals with fine dining etiquette
  • Coordinate beverage pairings with food courses and provide recommendations
  • Demonstrate proper wine service including presentation and decanting
  • Manage bar inventory including premium spirits and fresh ingredients
  • Maintain an immaculate bar setup and ensure quality control of beverages
