Job Description

Geronimo Hospitality Group is a renowned collection of award-winning boutique hotels, restaurants, and clubs, committed to redefining the hospitality industry with a distinct break from the traditional. Established with a philosophy that challenges the status quo, Geronimo Hospitality Group prides itself on creating memorable destinations rather than mere pit stops. The group’s commitment to excellence and innovation elevates the standard of hospitality, building environments where creativity and hard work are highly valued and rewarded.

One of the standout properties within the group is the Red Circle Inn, an iconic establishment nestled in the heart of Waukesha County. Located conveniently near Hartland, Delafield, Waukesha, and Oconomowoc, this historic venue has maintained its reputation since its opening in 1848 as a premier destination for quality steaks, seafood, and fine dining experiences. The Red Circle Inn remains a cornerstone in Lake Country’s culinary scene, combining tradition with a modern approach that appeals to today’s diners seeking exceptional food and service.

The Bartender role at Geronimo Hospitality Group is a part-time position offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $10.00 to $12.00. This position is integral to the guest experience, placing the bartender at the heart of the dining environment. The successful candidate will be entrusted with creating a warm, inviting atmosphere while providing excellent customer service and detailed knowledge of the food and beverage offerings. The role goes beyond mixing drinks – it requires engaging with guests, contributing to the overall service quality, and supporting the creation of what the company calls 'Geronimoments' — those memorable moments that define a guest’s experience.

Bartenders at the Red Circle Inn are expected to take customer orders accurately and efficiently, suggest menu items and specials to enhance the guest’s experience, and prepare beverages following established safety and quality guidelines. They also ensure that payment processing is accurate and handle guest checks meticulously to protect both the customer and the company. This role demands not only technical skills in bartending but also interpersonal skills to foster a friendly and professional environment that encourages repeat visits.

Geronimo Hospitality Group offers an engaging workplace culture where employees are valued and their efforts rewarded. The group provides multiple benefits including employee discounts, paid time off, training and development opportunities, 401K plans, medical benefits, 24/7 online care, and pet insurance. These perks underscore the company’s commitment to supporting its team members both professionally and personally.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, open to learning, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment that challenges and rewards high performance. The opportunity to work with Geronimo Hospitality Group means joining a company that not only sets the bar in hospitality but embodies it as well, pushing the boundaries of what great service looks like in the boutique hotel and restaurant industry.
