Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bartending or related hospitality role preferred
- ability to memorize and follow beverage recipes
- strong customer service orientation
- basic math skills for cash handling
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to memorize standard beverage recipes
- capable of handling repetitive tasks efficiently
- basic cash handling skills
- good communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Receive and prepare beverage orders from customers and cocktail servers
- mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to memorized standard beverage recipes
- serve beverages, using repetitive motions, in accordance with established service procedures
- operate cash register, complete transactions according to procedures, and maintain accurate bank
- maintain cleanliness of bar area by removing used glasses, napkins, emptying ashtrays, and wiping bar top
- greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner
- prepare written requisitions and orders for bar stock
- maintain and replenish ice supply
