Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least 18 years of age (21+ preferred)
- food & beverage safety certifications (we will provide certification if needed)
- previous bartender experience required – 2 years of experience preferred
- excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- outstanding communication, customer service and cash handling skills
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- experience using Focus or similar POS system a plus
- energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable
- flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote positive guest experience
- prepare and serve both non-alcohol and alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- plan and present bar menu
- check IDs to ensure appropriate customers meet legal drinking age
- monitor guest consumption of alcohol, following all company and state guidelines
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- comply with all food and beverage regulations
- other duties as needed
