The bartender role is central to our operation, designed for individuals who excel at mixing drinks, making outstanding recommendations, and creating connections with guests that transform casual visitors into regular customers. You will be entrusted with the responsibility to maintain the bar’s rhythm, keep the workflow smooth, and ensure every shift is filled with fun and high energy. This position offers flexible hours, both full-time and part-time, tailored to your availability and management’s scheduling needs. You must be at least 21 years old, capable of following all laws related to responsible alcohol service, and able to lift between 15 to 20 pounds, staying active for up to 8 hours per shift. Our bar supports its team by offering medical, dental, and vision insurance starting after the first year of employment to those who work an average of 30 or more hours weekly.
