Job Requirements

Be 21 years or older
comply with responsible alcohol service laws
ability to lift 15 to 20 pounds
availability to work shifts up to 8 hours
willingness to work full-time or part-time based on management discretion
ability to maintain a fast pace and energetic work style

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
outgoing personality
sales savvy
responsible alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties

Serve drinks and provide excellent customer service
make on-point drink recommendations
maintain rhythm and flow behind the bar
follow laws for responsible alcohol service
lift and carry up to 20 pounds
engage with customers to build a regular clientele
maintain a clean and organized bar area
