Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- BASSET training required
- Must be 21 years or older
- Experience in concession or bar service preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capable of performing some heavy lifting
- Willingness to undergo background check
- Availability for temporary on-call shifts

- Preferred food sanitation knowledge
- Minimum 1 year concession or bar service experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Preferred 2 years bar service experience
- Completed College of DuPage training
Job Duties
- Sell alcoholic beverages before, during and after MAC events
- Ensure compliance with Village of Glen Ellyn and State of Illinois liquor laws and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of all concession equipment including coffee makers, ice machines and refrigerators
- Setup and breakdown sales area to enhance product presentation
- Transport and arrange food and beverages from storage to sales area
- Restock containers and manage inventories
- Maintain accurate sales reports and reconcile cash with Box Office attendance
- Promote excellent customer service focusing on promptness, cleanliness and friendly interaction
- Clean and lock-up according to procedures
- Occasionally provide food service assistance
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
