Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior serving or bartending experience preferred
  • Ability to use POS systems effectively
  • Must have or be able to obtain Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years old (19 in Idaho)
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift weights up to 75 lbs
  • Must comply with alcohol safety regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain clean and organized work areas

Job Qualifications

  • Serving or bar experience with guest service skills
  • Experience with POS systems, Toast experience a plus
  • Friendly, confident, and personable with excellent face-to-face communication
  • Team player mentality
  • Proficient in handling sales transactions and upselling
  • Commitment to safety and compliance
  • Ability to obtain Food Handlers and Alcohol Serving Certifications
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Must be 21 years or older (19 years or older in Idaho)

Job Duties

  • Share the love for Big Al's promos and help make every guest's time unforgettable
  • Run drinks, serve good vibes, and keep the fun rolling
  • Take orders, deliver food with a smile, and handle payments professionally
  • Keep things clean including lanes, tables, and glassware
  • Stock, organize, and mix drinks to perfection at the bar
  • Assist with keg room duties and lift kegs with teammates as needed
  • Follow safety and alcohol rules to maintain a safe environment
  • Help with opening, closing, and other tasks to support the team
