Job Requirements
- At least legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Valid certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Willingness to perform various active tasks including cleaning and stocking
- Endurance to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience behind the bar in a high-energy environment
- Ability to engage and connect with guests effectively
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure in busy, popular settings
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge of responsible beverage service where required
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
Job Duties
- Greet Players with energy and personality, creating a welcoming bar experience
- Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately
- Upsell signature cocktails, shareable food items, and game upgrades to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of the bar area to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with fellow Playmakers to provide excellent service and ensure every Player feels valued
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment
- Embody Topgolf's core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring in everyday activities
