We are currently seeking a part-time Bartender to join our dedicated team, reporting directly to the Outlet Supervisor or Outlet Manager. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality that Watermark BR is known for. The Bartender will be responsible for the complete setup of the bar area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked for service. Mixing a variety of drinks for guests and servers is a key aspect of the role, requiring skill, precision, and a thorough understanding of beverage preparation.

In addition to drink preparation, the Bartender must maintain service quality and cleanliness throughout their shift. This includes adhering to all state liquor laws, monitoring beverage costs, and taking care to avoid issues related to intoxicated guests by following prescribed procedures and reporting concerns to management when necessary. The position demands attention to detail, especially in inventory control, ensuring par levels with the bottle-for-bottle method are maintained by completing beverage requisitions as needed.

The role also involves practical tasks such as stocking and cleaning glassware, checking soda tanks to confirm they are full and securely connected, and preparing all garnishes for drinks.
