We are currently seeking a skilled Fine Dining Bartender who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to enhancing the guest experience at Prossimo Ristorante. This is a part-time, tipped position that requires an enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and pairings and be able to confidently educate guests on our ingredients, preparation methods, and available substitutions. The bartender will play a key role in curating memorable dining experiences by offering personalized recommendations, including which Prosecco or wine complements specific entrees, ensuring guest satisfaction at every visit.
