Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
strong interpersonal and communication skills

reliable and punctual

Job Duties

Prepare drink orders according to recipes
issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
maintain cleanliness and order of bar and related areas
prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
stock ice, glassware, and supplies
transport supplies to bar set-up area
wash soiled glassware
remove soiled wares and maintain workspace cleanliness
anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
process all payment methods
count bank at end of shift and complete reports
resolve payment discrepancies
secure cash bank and alcohol storage
complete closing duties
follow all safety and security policies and report issues
maintain professional appearance
protect company assets
welcome and acknowledge guests
anticipate and address guest service needs
communicate clearly and professionally
develop positive working relationships with team
ensure adherence to quality expectations
perform physical tasks including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
