- Minimum age to serve alcohol
- One year experience in foodservice or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to obtain state and local certifications like food handlers or alcohol training
- Superior professional appearance and good character
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment

- One year experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry as a bartender preferred
- Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine
- Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred
- Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to obtain relevant state and local certifications such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications
Job Duties
- Assist guests in beverage and drink preparation
- Service the bar area and restaurant efficiently and timely
- Engage with guests to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of drink offerings and assist guests accordingly
- Comply with Bishop's Lodge and Forbes standards
- Promote food and beverage sales by informing guests about specials and menu items
- Accurately take and input orders into the Micros system
- Prepare guest checks and collect payments
- Operate, clean, and maintain bar equipment
- Ensure bar is well-stocked
- Follow safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment
