Job Requirements
- Availability for 10-20 hours per week with daytime schedule Monday through Friday preferred
- ability to lift up to 55 pounds

- time flexibility outside of established work schedule for meetings or events
- ability to taste and describe beers to customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in customer service or hospitality roles advantageous but not mandatory
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- enthusiasm for craft beer and willingness to learn about brewing
- demonstrated reliability and integrity
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- basic computer and technology skills
Job Duties
- Providing excellent service to customers while showcasing extensive product and brand knowledge
- working behind the bar during day-to-day service and private events
- cleaning and maintaining glassware and workspace
- fulfilling opening and closing duties as needed
- maintaining communication with Taproom Manager and co-workers via in-person and digital means
- giving tours of the space upon request and during official tours
- bussing tables and washing dishes
