Job Requirements
- Daytime availability, especially Monday through Friday
- Interest in beer and hospitality industry
- Ability to work 10-20 hours per week
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of craft beer preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Must pass background checks

Job Duties
- Providing excellent service to customers while showcasing an extensive knowledge of our products and brand
- Working behind the bar during both typical day-to-day service as well as for private events in our event space
- Cleaning and maintaining glassware and work space
- Fulfilling opening and closing duties, as needed
- Maintaining communication (in person and digital via slack/email, etc) with Taproom Manager and other co-workers, and staying up to date on events and info necessary to provide excellent service in the Taproom
- Give tours of the space upon request, in addition to scheduled official tours
