Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
  • Valid alcohol server certification or ability to obtain in the State of New Mexico
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina for standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weight
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or resort environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and mixology technics
  • Must possess or obtain a valid alcohol server certification with the State of New Mexico
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests while maintaining Hyatt's service standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times
  • Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and regulations
  • Restock liquor, wine, beer, garnishes, and bar supplies as needed
  • Maintain professionalism and composure during busy service periods
