Job Requirements

  • One or more years of restaurant serving/bartending experience preferred
  • ability to read, write and perform basic math
  • ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • customer-oriented, organized, and detail oriented
  • ability to work a flexible schedule
  • high standard of personal hygiene
  • availability to work Thursday/Friday/Saturday 5:30pm-11:00pm

Job Duties

  • Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests following standard recipes
  • pour wine, liquor and beer
  • monitor costs through accurate pours
  • check identification and serve drinks responsibly
  • anticipate your guest's needs and be alert of guest signals
  • acknowledge guests to let them know you will be right with them
  • efficiently and accurately operate a cash register
  • maintain a strong knowledge of the menu along with ingredients of dishes
  • meet or exceed client service time standards and expectations
  • set up, serve, and clean up serving areas in a timely manner
