Job Requirements
- One or more years of restaurant serving/bartending experience preferred
- ability to read, write and perform basic math
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- customer-oriented, organized, and detail oriented
- ability to work a flexible schedule
- high standard of personal hygiene
- availability to work Thursday/Friday/Saturday 5:30pm-11:00pm

Job Duties
- Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests following standard recipes
- pour wine, liquor and beer
- monitor costs through accurate pours
- check identification and serve drinks responsibly
- anticipate your guest's needs and be alert of guest signals
- acknowledge guests to let them know you will be right with them
- efficiently and accurately operate a cash register
- maintain a strong knowledge of the menu along with ingredients of dishes
- meet or exceed client service time standards and expectations
- set up, serve, and clean up serving areas in a timely manner
