Job Requirements
- current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit required
- ability to work weekends
- minimum of 3 years of education, training or experience related to bartending
- ability to use computerized Point of Sale system
- knowledge of liquor laws and proper cash handling
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Job Qualifications
- at least 3 years of related education, training and/or experience
- ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- working knowledge of proper operation of all bar equipment
- working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit
Job Duties
- prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks
- deliver distinctive guest experiences with beverage expertise
- operate and maintain bar equipment properly
- follow all applicable liquor laws and regulations
- handle cash transactions according to standard procedures
- use computerized Point of Sale systems effectively
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards behind the bar
