Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
  • maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily
  • guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu
  • be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests
  • work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
  • assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a satisfactory resolution
  • finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
  • requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits
  • maintain stock, cut, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables daily
  • mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control
  • input orders into a register at point of sale and create checks for each guest
  • lock up and store all beverages, food, and equipment, deposit cash drops, and secure bank
